Your company

Five short details for context — they make the result more precise. Your answers are scored anonymously.

Why now?

The first obligations of the EU AI Act have applied since February 2025 — among them AI literacy for staff (Art. 4) and the ban on certain AI practices. From 2 August 2026 the transparency obligations follow: anyone deploying chatbots or publishing AI-generated content must disclose it, and infringements carry fines of up to €15 million or 3% of worldwide turnover. The obligations for high-risk systems follow from December 2027.

For most companies, though, the real problem is not the legal text. It is visibility: studies suggest more than half of all employees use AI tools that were never officially approved — and with AI agents that send emails or change data on their own, a new and barely controlled category is emerging right now. Shadow AI means your company uses AI that nobody records, assesses or owns. This check shows you where you stand in ten minutes.

Frequently asked questions

What does the check cost?

Nothing. The instant result requires no details at all; the full PDF report is exchanged for your business email address.

Is this legal advice?

No. The check gives you a structured self-assessment and shows where a deeper — possibly legal — review is needed.

What happens to my answers?

They are scored anonymously. Only when you request the report do we link your result to your email address. Details are in the privacy policy.

Does the EU AI Act even apply yet?

Yes, in stages: AI literacy and prohibitions since February 2025, GPAI obligations since August 2025, transparency obligations from August 2026, high-risk obligations from December 2027 and August 2028 respectively (after the Digital Omnibus postponement).

We are a small company — does this concern us?

Transparency and literacy obligations apply to SMEs too as soon as AI is in use. The check takes your company size into account.
